How it works

One message. It doesn't have to be organised — that's our job

  1. Tell us what's going on.

One message. It doesn't have to be organised — that's our job.

  2. We build the route.

The right specialist, the appointment, what to expect, what it costs, what to bring.

  3. We go with you — or we don't.

Some clients want us in the room. Some want us on speakerphone. Some just want everything arranged and to walk in alone. All three work.

  4. We book whatever the doctor ordered.

Before we book it, we compare what it costs across the centres that do it — the same study can vary substantially between clinics. You get the options and the prices before anything is scheduled. If something goes wrong along the way, that's ours to fix, not yours.

  5. On the day of a study, we're on the phone.

We don't come with you to an MRI or a blood draw — you don't need an interpreter to lie still inside a scanner. But every one of your appointments is in our calendar and we're reachable throughout: at reception when they ask for a document you didn't know about, at the desk when the authorisation isn't showing on their system, or mid-study when the technician needs to ask you something. Hand them the phone.

There's no charge for this. It's part of coordination.

  6. We close the loop — and you are all set.

Results collected, sent to the doctor, explained to you, next step booked.
